On April 9, 2008, the construction workers that are building 'The Cottage at the Cove' vacation rental were having lunch on the front porch and saw 4 killer whales right in front of Beaver Cove!  They have also observed lots of bald eagles feeding along the front of Telegraph Cove in the tide rip!
