From the wheelhouse:

What a fabulous day on Northern Vancouver Island.  It is one of those days that you cherish.  Sunny, warm and flat calm on the water.  The ocean was like a mirror today!  The guests on the M.V. Lukwa were able to relax and soak up some rays.

There was lots to see and hear today..one humpback whale with amazing blows, growling Steller sea lions at Weyton Pass and lots of eagles, surf scoters, and rhinoceros auklets.  We saw quite a few Dall's porpoise from a distance as well.
