From the Wheelhouse
:

What a great start to the Canada Day weekend and according to Environment Canada the next few days are going to be super!  We had a wonderful morning with Pacific white-sided dolphins and what was really exciting was the new baby swimming with the adults.

Four humpback whales were seen today, two unidentified and "KC" (BCY0291) and Pultney.  Fantastic tail flukes   Along with the dolphins and humpbacks we also enjoyed bow riding Dall's porpoise.  Captain Jim on the morning tour saw an adult eagle feeding a chick at the Plumper Island nest

Captain Wayne's quote of the day:

"We will either find a way or make one".  Hannibal

Next available tours:

Saturday, June 28, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
Sunday, June 29, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
