From the Wheelhouse:
What a fantastic day!! There was a huge amount of whales and wildlife in the area today. Everyone on the trip today observed the orca resting, foraging and spyhoping and let me tell you there were a lot of happy faces!! The A24's, A12's, A34's, I11's, and the A33's were all in the area!
Steller sea lions were out in large numbers basking in the sun and their magnificent roars were heard by all! Three humpback whales including Houdini were viewed as well as a Minke whale and some Dall's porpoise. It just does not get any better than this...even the sun came out for a bit today!
