And it just goes on!

From the Wheelhouse:
This morning around 6:30 am, Captain Jim saw a small humpback whale surface right in front of Telegraph Cove. He is pretty sure that it was the same one that was visiting the night before in the same spot. It is really nice to see so much humpback whale activity in the area!
Just minutes away from Telegraph Cove on this afternoon's tour, we encountered a large group of active Dall's porpoise and just after that we saw over 30 harbour seals hauled out on the rocks and some playing in the kelp beds. Our guests had a wonderful view of a humpback working the tide in a large area. Also sighted today were the very shy harbour porpoise.
We are still having great bird activity on the water and some sighted today were: rhinoceros auklets, common murres, marbled murrelets and again, lots of bald eagles. All in all another wonderful day with calm seas and warm weather.
Captain Waynes quote of the day:
'Wine hath drowned more men than the sea." Robert Fuller
